Ken O'Neill was born in New Jersey and grew up on Hilton Head Island South Carolina. He attended military school for his high school years at Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville GA. Then on to the University of Florida where after college Ken went into the hotel industry. Ken specialized in in the food and beverage side of the hotel industry and held many titles including, Banquet Manager, Director of Catering and Director of Food and Beverage for a 211 room Hilton Hotel.
In 2000 Ken came back to Punta Gorda to work with his father, Charlie O'Neill, the longest running realtor with Coldwell Banker Morris Realty with us now for 23 years. Ken has been a top producer in his years with Coldwell Banker and in the height of the market was turning over 13 million in annual sales. Ken prides himself on his extensive knowledge of Punta Gorda Isles and its many miles of waterways as well as the harbor itself.
