Joanne was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture from the University of Maryland. She has been a real estate agent for 25 years and has her Graduate Realtor Institute designation as well as being a Certified Residential Specialist, a top designation held by only 5% of all real estate agents nationwide. Joanne was also a Broker Manager for several years. Being a top producer with over 50 million dollars in sales volume, she has trained and mentored other agents to become top producers. Joanne is also an experienced Staging expert. She has a Staging Professional Designation and for her residential customers she offers complementary “home staging” advice. Joanne has been very active in the Board of Realtors. She served on the Arbitration Committee and was President of the Eastside Council at that Board of Realtors. Joanne is a member of the Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Punta Gorda Isles Cruising Club. Joanne also loves to sing and is an associate member of Venetian Harmony Sweet Adelines.
Joanne’s assistant has over three years of experience as an active real estate agent and currently maintains an inactive license. He has a Degree in Business Management and spent 36 years as an airline pilot.
