Managing the Kings Highway
and Murdock offices in Port Charlotte keeps Susie busy with over
40 agents and support staff. Susie began her real
estate career in Canton Ohio in 1982 and relocated
to Florida joining Coldwell Banker Waldrop in
1988. Susie became part of our management team
upon the aquisition of Coldwell Banker Sunstar-Morris
Realty. Although Susie is an Ohio native, she
has been in Florida for many years, and has been
with Coldwell Banker Sunstar-Morris Realty since
the very beginning. Susie's love of Real Estate
and dedication to her profession are evident in
the quality of her agents and the numerous awards
and accolades presented to the Kings Highway and Murdock offices.
